As the Coronavirus pandemic subsides, we're still doing everything we can to keep Escape The Past 'Covid-Secure', so you can visit our Edinburgh escape room with confidence. We're closely following the latest government guidance and will update this policy as necessary.
In line with current government guidance we are open! Book the escape room here
During the Coronavirus pandemic, if we are unable to fulfil your booking due to changing government guidance (for example new 'lockdown' rules), we will contact you to find a suitable future date, or convert your booking into a gift voucher. We'll contact you in advance if we believe your booking is affected. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Please DO NOT ATTEND if you are self-isolating or if anyone in your group has any of the symptoms of Coronavirus or is awaiting the result of a test. Those arriving with symptoms will be asked to leave. We'd also encourage you to take lateral flow test before attending to help keep everyone safe.
We follow a comprehensive cleaning checklist to ensure all key contact surfaces are disinfected each day. This is to greatly reduce chance of any contact transmission. To enable this, we've increased the amount of time usually left in between bookings.
It is no longer a requirement to wear a face mask indoors in Scotland. Whether you decide to wear one during your visit or not is completely up to you.
We ask that you sanitise your hands on entry and exit with the sanitiser provided. Additional hand sanitiser is also available within the escape room itself, should you require it.
If you have any question or concerns, please contact us via the Contact Page.
